In the business since 1967, Dennis has extensive insurance and risk management experience. That experience includes a wide variety of assignments with both insurance companies and independent agencies including underwriting, loss control, claims, accounting, product development, reinsurance, sales, and management. In addition he has extensive experience in developing and managing branded programs for associations, franchises, and affinity groups. Dennis served for seven years as WASCO’s General Manager before becoming the Agency owner in July of 2003.

Shirley has been an insurance professional for 37 years and with WASCO since 1978. Her experience includes customer service, rating, in-house underwriting, sales and management. Utilizing a vast knowledge of both products and markets, Shirley has helped individuals, businesses, and groups. She has a reputation with our Clients of being able to solve problems.

Rita has been in the insurance industry since 1971 having worked for both insurance companies and independent agencies. Her experience includes commercial and personal underwriting, product management, marketing, training, systems, and management. Her focus in recent years has been in developing and instructing insurance pre-licensing classes and continuing education programs. Rita was named "An Outstanding Young Woman in Kansas" 1985, and has been named "Insurance Professional of the Year" by the National Association of Insurance Women on local, state, and regional levels.

Current responsibilities include handling all in-house training. She also has several assignments related to agency operations and development. Future assignments will include account management.

Charlotte joined WASCO in 1998 after 26 years with our former parent company. Her experience includes working as a customer service rep in Credit and Benefits areas. With the Agency her experience also includes rating/quoting, policy preparation, and insurance records.

Charlotte is a licensed agent whose current duties include customer service responsibilities for an assigned group of clients. She also manages the Agency’s "Insurance Compliance Service".

Mary joined WASCO in 1987 after working for a major insurance company for 23 years. Her experience includes rating, policy preparation, and customer service. She has an excellent knowledge of insurance companies and the products they offer.

Vicky joined WASCO in 1996 after 20 plus years of insurance related duties with Health Care Providers. Her experience includes insurance billing and receivables, collections, records, and supervision. With the Agency her experience also includes accounting, company receivables and payables, and customer service.

Vicky is a licensed agent whose current duties include customer service responsibilities for an assigned group of clients and a variety of accounting functions.

Tom has recently joined WASCO as an outside salesman. He spent eight (8) years in the U.S. Marine Corps followed by three (3) years in industrial and construction supply sales and sales management. He has an Associate of Arts degree from J.C.C.C. and an "Organizational Management and Leadership" Degree from Friends University.

Tom is a licensed agent who will be responsible for developing and servicing new clients.
